Post Pole Day

What a great day it was at The Speedway May 9th for Pole Day. After an uneventfull 3hr 10min drive we arrived in time to see the last hour of practice. Hooked up with a friend we had met at Indiana Sprint Weeks, first time I have seen him since the Silver Crown race at Springfield last year, and had a nice visit. The weather was good, maybe a little too much wind, but the action on the track was HOT! It was another GREAT day spent at The Speedway to file away in the memory bank for future reference. It's a real shame so few people showed up to enjoy it.
